In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — the cuan69 website accessible at cuan69.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised pages, and API-connected interfaces.
• "Member" — any individual who has successfully completed the cuan69 account registration process and whose account remains in good standing.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable account created by a Member upon completion of registration.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — any amount of funds staked by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other betting product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits issued to a Member's account by cuan69 subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification procedure required to unlock full account functionality including withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any derived winnings may be withdrawn from a Member's account.
• "Rupiah" / "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform-referenced times including support hours, promotion validity, and transaction timestamps.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on cuan69, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by your local laws as applicable to you personally.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by cuan69 or on any third-party problem gambling register to which cuan69 subscribes.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by cuan69 for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for a third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

cuan69 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Accounts opened by ineligible persons are void, and any funds in such accounts will be returned minus any bonuses claimed, at cuan69's sole discretion.

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on cuan69. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended pending investigation.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth.
• A valid email address that you control and regularly access.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Your current residential address within Indonesia.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. cuan69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify cuan69 immediately via live chat or email.

All financial transactions on cuan69 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). cuan69 does not accept foreign currency deposits; any transfer made in a currency other than IDR will be rejected and returned to the originating account, subject to applicable banking fees which will not be borne by cuan69.

Accepted deposit methods include the following Indonesian bank transfer channels and e-wallets:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits made via bank transfer are typically credited to a Member's account within 0–5 minutes following confirmation of receipt by cuan69's banking infrastructure. E-wallet deposits are generally processed within 0–2 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance windows.

Withdrawal requests are processed on a 24/7 basis. Standard processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and between 15 minutes and 4 hours for bank transfer withdrawals, depending on the receiving bank's settlement schedule. cuan69 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cuan69 accepts no liability.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make at least one deposit on the same account. cuan69 reserves the right to request that a Member complete KYC verification before approving a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts with pending KYC verification will be queued until verification is successfully completed.

cuan69 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the individual terms and conditions associated with each specific promotion, which are published alongside the promotion itself. The following general rules apply to all cuan69 bonus offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. Eligibility criteria will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Each promotion is intended for one (1) account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times — through duplicate accounts or any other method — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games only. Certain game categories (such as live dealer games or specific table games) may contribute at a reduced rate — typically 10% — toward clearing the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%.
• Bonuses carry a validity period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in your account at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• cuan69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence solely in respect of that promotion.

All bets placed on cuan69 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game type. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. cuan69 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the Platform's system.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error that results in a wager being accepted at an obviously incorrect price, cuan69 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Member's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface prior to bet placement.
• cuan69's sportsbook covers BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), FIFA World Cup qualifiers, and a broad range of international fixtures. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are available on all supported football markets, subject to a minimum of two selections per slip.
• All casino games, including slots and live dealer tables, are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP percentages are published transparently within each game's information panel.
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are published in real time on the Platform. All togel markets operate according to the specific draw schedules and payout tables displayed within the togel section of the Platform.
• cuan69 does not permit the use of artificial intelligence tools, automated betting systems, bots, or any form of software designed to gain an unfair mechanical advantage over the Platform. Any account found to be employing such tools will be suspended immediately and all associated winnings forfeited.

cuan69 is the sole arbiter of all disputes relating to bet settlement. In the event that a Member disagrees with a settlement decision, they may raise a formal dispute by contacting support within 72 hours of the relevant event result being published. Disputes raised after this window will not be reviewed.

If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm to you or those around you, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform and to seek professional support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members from their account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Enable timed pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net position at intervals you select.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in or place any wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

cuan69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or any form of abuse targeting the Platform or its operators.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months. An inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month may be applied to dormant accounts after this period, until the account balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the account.
• Any conduct that cuan69 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, its staff, or its other members.

In the event of account closure where no breach has occurred on the part of the Member, cuan69 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account via the Member's registered payment method. Bonus funds are non-refundable in all closure scenarios.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting cuan69 support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is formally closed.

All content appearing on the cuan69 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, images, software, source code, user interface design, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of cuan69 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without cuan69's prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or technical infrastructure.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Use any cuan69 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any context without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of cuan69's intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cuan69 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service it provides, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, cyberattack, or force majeure event.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers in connection with your deposits or withdrawals.
• Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any error, inaccuracy, or omission in odds, game results, or payout calculations where such error is corrected in a timely manner in accordance with cuan69's published game rules.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, cuan69's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by cuan69 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account on cuan69, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

cuan69 will not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Platform (such as payment processors and identity verification services), subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy.

cuan69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, cuan69 will endeavour to notify affected Members via email or a prominent on-Platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or minor clarifications) may take effect without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applied by cuan69's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as cuan69 representing that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction.

Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their country or territory of residence. cuan69 makes no warranty or representation that access to or use of its services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and cuan69 that cannot be resolved through cuan69's internal dispute resolution process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by cuan69 at the time of the dispute.
